Q: Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Say it with Diamonds?

My role as a sales assistant is to help guide customers when choosing the perfect gift & to ensure that they have a memorable experience with us here at SIWD! It's always best to get to know your customer a little first to ensure you provide a service tailored to the individual.

Q: Can you describe yourself in three words?

Outgoing, loyal, and approachable.

Q: What's the best thing about working for SIWD?

My team and engaging with our fabulous customers daily on a one-on-one basis.

Q: Do you have a favourite SIWD piece? And why?

It would have to be the full diamond initial - a little biased as this was my first piece of SIWD jewellery!

Q: Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

I'm a qualified beauty therapist, amongst other things... I tend to take courses when bored!

Q: Have you got a favourite customer story?

It's hard to choose just one as most sales have a story behind them! However, I do love when someone comes in for an engagement ring; it's exciting to be a part of the process, hearing the plans they have & watching the journey unfold.

Q: Do you have any advice for people who want to follow in your footsteps?

Be confident in your abilities, and put yourself out there to chat with customers.
