Ring Size Guide

Finding the correct ring size is essential for comfort and security. At Say It With Diamonds, we use UK ring sizes, which are measured using an alphabetical scale (A–Z). Use this guide to help you determine the best fit before placing your order.

How to Measure Your Ring Size

Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

  • Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

  • Measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm).

  • Match the measurement to the closest size in the table below.

Option 2: Measure Your Finger

  • Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.

  • Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimetres (mm) - this measurement is your finger circumference.

  • Match the measurement to the closest size in the table below.

Helpful Sizing Tips

  • Avoid measuring your hands when they are cold as this can lead to a smaller size than needed.

  • Your dominant hand is usually slightly larger than your non-dominant hand.

  • If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
