How to Measure Your Ring Size
Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

Measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm).

Match the measurement to the closest size in the table below.

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.

Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimetres (mm) - this measurement is your finger circumference.
