At Say It With Diamonds, every piece is individually crafted to order with great care and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, all items are made specifically for each customer.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

As our products are custom made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or personal preference.

Faulty or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. However, if you believe your item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • You must notify us within 16 days of receiving your order

  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where possible

  • Each case will be assessed individually

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations carried out by a third party, or damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults and are not covered by this policy.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
